Warranty / repair / RMA

Know the coverage for your equipment.

Warranty terms depend on the exact product, order and destination market. Share your model and serial number to identify the applicable coverage and service route.

Clarify coverage for your exact order.

Ask for the applicable warranty terms for your model and destination market.

COVERAGE MUST DEFINE

Components and service scope

  • Main instrument coverage
  • Cooling / refrigeration coverage where applicable
  • Vacuum-system coverage where applicable
  • Touchscreen / control hardware coverage
  • Accessory coverage differences
  • Consumable treatment
  • Remote diagnosis / parts / repair responsibilities
EXCLUSIONS MUST DEFINE

Important: the list above is a policy checklist from the website plan. Final exclusions must match the manufacturer-approved warranty statement.
Service process

Diagnosis first, then the appropriate service route.

Do not automatically promise replacement, free parts, return repair or global on-site service. The selected route depends on approved policy, diagnosis and destination capability.

Start Technical Support
01

Remote diagnosis

Confirm model, serial, symptoms, operating context, logs / images and safety status before replacement or return decisions.

02

Approved part route

If diagnosis identifies a replaceable item, verify exact part compatibility, availability and responsibility before shipment.

03

Repair / RMA

If return repair is required, create an RMA record with shipping, packaging, fault description and status tracking.

04

On-site service

Display only where the manufacturer has an approved service capability for the destination and scope.

Legacy / discontinued model support

Lifecycle status belongs in the product master data.

For older models the public page should show the real support-until date, replacement model and parts-supply plan only when those records have been approved.

Need help with an installed unit?

Start with model, serial number and the issue—not a generic contact form.

Carry the equipment identity and service context into the support case so technical review can determine the correct warranty / repair route.
