Match flow, pressure and feed condition
A pump drives suitable fluid through the GSL-15 homogenizing valve, generating shear, impact and cavitation for dispersion, emulsification or cell disruption. Size the machine by feed properties and target process—not by pressure alone.
Match flow, pressure and feed condition
The JXNANO-5 lists a 5–8 L/h design flow and 15 mL minimum volume. The GSL-15 lists 12–15 L/h and a 25 mL minimum. Confirm the process envelope before selection.
A high-pressure pump moves a compatible liquid through a homogenizing valve. Pressure release, shear, impact and cavitation support homogenization, dispersion and cell disruption.
