Small-batch fluid homogenization
Liquid material passes through a high-pressure homogenizing valve, where shear and cavitation reduce dispersed particles and help produce a more uniform fluid. This is a fluid-processing product, not a sealed-tube tissue grinder.
Small-batch fluid homogenization
For solid tissue or soil that has not been made into a pumpable fluid, start with a tissue grinder or laboratory mill instead.
A high-pressure pump moves a compatible liquid through a homogenizing valve. Pressure release, shear, impact and cavitation support homogenization, dispersion and cell disruption.
